How do I place an order?You can place an order by simply clicking on the green "Book Now" button at the top of each page. Alternatively, we are more than happy to accept orders over the phone or in-store (Get Directions).

Is there a minimum charge on orders?Yes, the minimum pickup & delivery charge is £20.00.

How do I prepare my clothes for collection?Place your dry cleaning, laundry and ironing in 3 separate bags ready for the driver to collect.

How do I know how much my bill is?You will receive a text message or an email with the bill attached including the total amount.

Do you collect and deliver?Yes, we offer a collection and delivery service which you can be book via our website, phone or in-store

Can I give the driver more items when they drop off my delivery?Yes you can and you will receive notification with a description of your items and your new bill total.

Can all stains be removed?Most stains can be removed, all stains are pre-treated with stain removal solutions and cleaned up to 3 times for the best possible results without damage to the material.

What clothes can I put in for ironing service?Everyday items such as t-shirts, jeans, sportswear, pyjamas, jumpers, trousers and shirts (at no extra charge).

How does the laundry service work?There are 3 different size bags with 3 different prices. Laundry is then washed, dried, folded and freshly bagged.
